MandateIQ costs €390/year (equals €32.50/month) or €39/month with monthly payment. Annual payment has a minimum term of 12 months, after which the contract is monthly cancellable. Monthly payment has a 1 month notice period. Cancellation is possible at any time directly in the account.
Supervisory board mandates, advisory board mandates, and comparable governance positions – primarily in the German-speaking region. Crucially: most of these mandates are not publicly advertised. They are only accessible through personal networks or MandateIQ.
Nobody, without your explicit consent. Your identity data (name, email, employer, LinkedIn) is stored AES-256 encrypted. It only becomes visible when both you and the company have given opt-in for the same match. Every access to your identity data is logged – you can view this log at any time in your account (Art. 15 GDPR).
Headhunters recommend candidates from their personal network – subjective, relationship-driven, with a fee of 25–33% of first-year compensation. MandateIQ is an algorithmic marketplace: your competency profile is evaluated objectively against measurable criteria. No network bias, no information asymmetry, no commission.
The algorithm runs continuously and checks your profile against all active mandates – automatically, around the clock. Classic headhunter processes take 4–6 months. MandateIQ notifies you as soon as a match exists. Complete profiles are matched significantly more frequently and precisely.
Yes, both at any time. Pause: set availability to "Not available" – you remain registered but are no longer matched. Delete: submit a GDPR deletion request in the self-service area. After a short grace period, all personal data will be irrevocably removed (Art. 17 GDPR).
